We got a NOTAM from the USAF security folks today that says, “We’re not raising the FPCON level, but we just wanna remind everybody to [do all the OPSEC stuff we all take for granted] more seriously during the heightened activity against ISIS”. Looks like the Army’s taking it a bit more seriously - like actually telling us the whole truth.

If this should ever happen, this is war, all bets are off as the idiots incharge and the scumemdia are trying to classify it as domestic violence on the lines of work place violence

I also don't doubt there are some Obama supporters who would readily give that information up, as well.

That gets a rare dual-approval by both the Captain, and the Chief Medical Officer:

That makes sense, trying to get folks to not take it for granted anymore.

Get the families to tighten their shot groups, as it were...

My wife gets mad at me because every couple of days I go a different way to work or the store, take a little longer getting home, etc...

Break the pattern and get neighbors involved in watching for people who don't belong.

Precisely - I tell my family the same thing about not posting vacay pics while we’re still away from home, locking the doors even when they’re home, keeping the weapon loaded and in arms’ reach at night, etc. They think (at times) that I’m paranoid. Yeah, but it’s a HEALTHY paranoia...

Beyond being un-predictable, it also serves to keep you aware of your surroundings and ingres/egress routes. Many people I know haven’t the faintest idea there are actually more then one way to get where they are going.

First it was the Cyber-Warriors For Obama, trying to stalk people online.

Now, it’s ISIS.

(((
I’d say they are in the same club.

I don’t know about you, but I try my hardest NOT to use GPS. It is a great technology to be sure, but I find I don’t remember my route if I use GPS; besides, so long as I am packing, getting lost is fun at times. :)

Not fond of GPS either, particularly for my wife.

Paranoia in the interest of security is no vice.

Complacency in the interest of convenience is no virtue.

Obama would label it as Domestic Violence and not terrorism, and heaven forbid, Muslim or Islamic terrorism.

Would it be the last straw for the average American? It wasn't when this poor woman in Oklahoma was beheaded. In the heartland.

It will only become serious when it strikes Hollywood and/or New York. Only then will the weenies and the lib press think this is “just awful!”

One must remember, that Odinga could eat a live negro fetus on the set of The View, and Whoopi Goldberg would praise for performing a post-partum abortion, Rosie O’Doughnut would compliment his table manners, and the rest of them would remark on his eating halal.

Hollywood and the media would package it properly, and the low-info’s would buy it.

Remember 13 years ago, midtown Manhattan blew up. The honeymoon with the Left lasted four months, then it was Bush-bashing as usual.

Oh please. This would end very badly for every camel humper in America. It would be open season.

With the unprecedented degree to which muslims are a protected class in this country? Very unlikely.

I don't know where y'all live but it would be fairly hard to find a jury in Georgia to convict someone if their family were attacked by terrorists and they killed someone who had assisted the terrorists.
