How is this materially different from AIDS patients intentionally infecting or knowingly infecting sex partners. These people have been tried in courts and found guilty. Since he knew he had been exposed, was his coming to Dallas a last visit to see family sincere knew he would die. But he also knew he would expose possibly hundreds or thousands.
