Please provide some evidence for that. Everything I have read says they have to be symptomatic.
Reason I ask is we as a family have a SHTF plan and part of that plan (in my SOPs) includes pandemics. I have varying stages to pandemic situations and Ebola being infectious before a fever...before symptoms...would be a game changer on the mitigations we are employing.
