Yes. Even more worrisome, is that the quarantine began today, not a couple days ago. That is because I heard that this last weekend officials were diverting flights destined to Dallas to other smaller airports. Someone in officialdom knew of a problem on the weekend but didn't do anything until today. Maybe they didn't want a panic, but it gave more opportunity for others to spread a disease.
