A patient in a Dallas hospital has been confirmed to have the deadly Ebola virus, the Centers for Disease Control said Tuesday.
That person has been held in "strict isolation" at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas as he was evaluated for possible exposure to the virus. The CDC will decide whether it is necessary to move the patient to another facility.
This is the first-ever case of this strain of Ebola confirmed in the United States. Officials would not confirm or deny if he was a U.S. citizen, only saying he was "visiting family in the U.S."

While it’s true that we have the best facilities in the world for treating Ebola patients, so far there has only been a need to treat one or two aid workers at a time who have contracted this disease. My fear is that at some point, Ebola will begin to expand exponentially in this country, overwhelming the health care system. What then?
“This is the first-ever case of this strain of Ebola confirmed in the United States.”
Looks like another first for Obama.
“shovel ready jobs” = mass graves.....
BINGO!!!
“The Medical Community underestimated the impact of Ebola to our citizens and our national security”............I can hear it now.
Not to worry its the JV strain.
[Remind me to Repent!]
Repenting is America’s only answer:
Curses for Disobedience to God
DEUTERONOMY 28:15-68
21 The Lord will plague you with diseases until he has destroyed you from the land you are entering to possess.
22 The Lord will strike you with wasting disease, with fever and inflammation...
The rest of the curses for a nation that forsakes God:

Ahahahaaa
shovel-ready jobs
Nothing to see here, folks, keep moving, there is no reason for panic or unrest. It’s under control, we got it, it will be over soon.
Yeah, right. If people will not voluntarily off themselves at age 75, as envisioned by Ezekiel Emanuel, then we will import some “corrective action” and thin out the herd a little. To something like about 10% of the present level of human population on this planet.
But what if they overcorrect, and we wipe ourselves out completely? Who will write history then?
Can we ever know the truth on this virus? My daughter lives in that area. How contagious is it, exactly? If it’s like TB then all the people in the hospital waiting room are supposed to be tested. No way we’ll be able to round everyone up. This president refuses to protect us from any enemy abroad or at home.
I better start reading all those SHTF blogsites!
You are GOOD!
Obozo’s revenge on Perry?
Strange how the first case was not in a Dem state, like NY,CA or IL.
Here is an Ebola patient and someone's kid being treated in Africa.
Here is sterilization of worn out, reused protective gear in Africa.
I wouldn't start thinking in terms of the end of the world yet.
No its not just you. We thought Frieden looked nervous and I told Mr. GG2 he’s at least dancing with the truth. If those planes were not sanitized who knows? If there was no chance anybody on the plane could be infected the guy took why won’t they say what the airline is?
We are in Atlanta. I’m guessing the plane came thru Atlanta so who knows if some cases will pop up here.
AHA premiums goin' up. ;o)
And they will spare nothing in the defense of the American people, just like they did in Benghazi, Extortion 17, and the recent beheadings...
Look at the flowers.
Is anyone sterilizing anything? I see a greater potential here then in Africa...
Frieden also gave a brief timeline of the patient's infection in his comments Tuesday afternoon. The patient, an adult, took a flight from Liberia that departed on Sept. 19 and arrived in the U.S. on the 20th. He first showed symptoms of Ebola on Sept. 24, then first sought care on Sept. 26, before he was admitted to the hospital on Sept. 28.
Gosh, I feel so much better. Not.
