When I pulled the nozzle out of the car, it was dripping some gas.
Take that situation, and imagine in the arc of your hand holding the gas nozzle, it swings to the right just a tad.... plus angular momentum... and where would the gas drip to? BOOM!
Expect to see Porsche making some major changes somewhere here. They'll probably move the gas cap somewhere radically else.
Maybe they'll go über-retro, and have it go behind the rear license plate...
I had a 57 bug. engine in the rear, gas tank under the hood in the front. No problemo.
I don’t even let gas drip a few drops on my 7 year old hatchback. Just how careless do you have to be to go splashing significant amounts of fuel *up* onto the rear deck? I guess when you can afford nearly 900k of car you don’t care about the paint?
Porsche forgot to put in a rear-deck machine gun.
