Gov. Jerry Brown has signed legislation creating a new loan program for undocumented students in Californias public universities.
California has already taken several steps to make college more affordable for undocumented students, including extending in-state tuition to undocumented immigrants who graduate from California high schools and making them eligible to apply for Cal Grant scholarships.
Brown signed the bill on Sunday without comment.

...this should work out well...
Giving away all the candy in the candy store, and he hasn’t even begin to pay off the creditors. Pity the poor person who follows in his steps. Yikes.
So I can get a LOAN without need documents, sign me up for a couple hundred of those loans, just try to collect.....
“Free” money, free cervaza for all.
Undocumented Democrat Education Program.
Courtesy of the Mexifornia taxpayer.
Jerry Brown approves loan forgiveness program for undocumented students
(that was satire folks, under the new rules)
Just remember, the battle cry against Prop 187 was “you can’t make an immigration law, only the federal government can” - screamed by people with Spanish accents.
And Jerry Brown just nullified 187 the other day.
And now...he makes an immigration law?
Where’s Judge Pfaelzer when you need her?
Oh....sunning herself on the beach in Mazatlan, probably.
They aren’t all undocumented - at least not in the Obama sense.
In fact, most of them no doubt have birth certificates and other personal documentation - somewhere on the planet.
What they are at a minimum is criminal trespassers, liars, thieves and arrogant moochers.
They are NOT “undocumented students”, they are ILLEGAL ALIENS. Calling them “undocumented” makes it sound like they are here because of some kind of clerical error. It’s like calling shoplifting an “undocumented purchase.”
What can possibly go wrong with that scheme?

Socialism is great until you run out of other people’s money.
What is the difference between this and a “Ninja” home loan? (no income, no job)...it’s almost like they are doing this stuff on purpose.
I view California as another country. I hope they do more programs like this as it attracts the illegals like moths to a flame. Let them implode and be an example to what happens when the government betrays its citizens.
Pay off in pesos.
They are not loans, they are grants...
It worked out well for the illegals who got mortgages and home equity lines of credit a few years ago. No social security number, no hay problema. Here’s your money Jose Gonzalez Gomez or whatever your name is today.
