in the past I have always been fed the line that our side can’t win without some indy voters. Now after seeing what bray has done in a blue state I automatically wonder if getting out huge percentages of our side could not make the difference. Especially, since we are going to get some indy voters just from a common sense standpoint anyway.
Yes. It is very noticeable these past few weeks.
When the guests are good, relevant to the week’s issues, and not just those on the DNC-Driveby-GOPe perennial guest list, the number of posts on this thread goes up substantially. This means we’ll be lucky to top 75 posts today.
I’d venture to say that when our posts are up, the Sunday shows viewership goes up. In other words, when they have relevant guests (no Sunday retreads) they make money.
However, DNC worship uber alles. The Agenda above all! I hope they lose a ton of $$$ today.

RG, our technology is going off the charts. The Professor has taken our targeting to a whole new galaxy. This election may surprise some people.

we had one good chance in Iraq and the jerk blew it...I still can’t get over that one. The Liberal mantra of “Iraq was a mistake” is one that even the conservatives run, even on Freepr...Its ridiculous. We WON that war, and Obozo lost the peace.
This is why the Senate elections are so important.
Still, I worry that RINOs like McCain, Graham, etc will argue that they should just give the president whatever he wants and whoever he appoints.
But still, we KNOW Harry Reid’s Senate will do so. Our only hope is to win the Senate, even if it means certain RINOs are re-elected, and run a tight herd on them to keep them in line and following the conservative agenda.
But I’ll tell you what... If the Republicans win the Senate, even if by one vote, and then Obama appoints Holder to the Supremes, and those RINO Senators allow that, or even allow a vote, that is it, and the END.
Final nail in the GOP coffin, and the Nation’s for that matter.
Let us forewarn them. GOPe, you best get back to the attention of those who brung ya to this dance, or we’re leaving with a better partner! You might think that getting Linda, Thad and Turtle past the primaries shows we have no power; but we CAN sit at home in November, and you can lose without us helping.

You have my sympathy/empathy/compassion in what you are dealing with , with your daughter. It is possbile to have two competing feelings at the same time, ie, love and anger.
Try to remember that when you are talking to your daughter when she is at her worst, you are really talking to the “illness.” Very similar to trying to communicate with a drunk,talking to the alcohol, not the person. Trust me, the professionals do know what is going on. However, they have to take your daughter’s episodes seriously ...eventually she will run out of enablers and hopefully begin to heal.
You are doing the very best you can and doing a great job!

If we had a balanced media they would be choking him with his own hypocrisy. He would be praising those butchers if it were Christian heads rather than journalists.

Well, I will differentiate between independent politicians and voters.
Due to political corruption and propaganda from the left, and the media RATagandists, the voters are disgusted by the antics and reluctant to be identified as members of either party. Many of them are conservatives or “not into politics”.
The opportunistic Marxists label themselves as “independents” and take advantage of the unwitting masses.
Maybe we need to change that equation and run some independent conservatives who are actually Constitution Party, Taxpayer Party or TEA...
Let the RATs try to demonize the independent label.
Of course that wouldn’t work well unless the conservative “independents” became Republicans once noses were counted and it was obvious they would have a healthy majority.
Most of the LoFo conservatives don’t get that last part.
I did hear he offered prayers to the 53 year old lady who had her head chopped off. Five times to the east.
Democrats have long neglected National Security, so get ready for some tough talk, and it won’t be video lies(?), but what is the difference between bombing them and boots on the ground not “occupying another foreign country”?

I agree. If we’ve learned any lesson over the past two decades, it is let tyrants rule their own cesspools in Muslim lands, as democracy in those lands is all about giving the wild-eyed Muslims Sharia and therefore Islamic rule. Really, the dumbass Muslim people have no problem voting them in.
The big exception was Saddam Hussein, whose delusions of grandeur made him think he could take over OTHER countries and corner the oil market. He needed to be punished by us for that, and replaced with another tyrant, just one without his eye on his neighbors.
Didn’t Reagan teach that lesson to Qaddafi? Seems to me that after we killed his daughter and bombed his Air Force, he got very quiet until Lockerbee... We SHOULD have killed Qaddafi for that, IMHO. Still, when Dubya started taken out cesspools 2001 he retreated further. Seems we should have used the Qaddafi reaction as our templates for others.
It certainly is not too late to apply those lessons. However, we need a new president that understands what is being taught, and the current one and the cackling one that aspires for the job are NOT teachable.
