The only reason Traficant ever got in trouble was because he was one of the few pioneers [along with Grassly] who took on the IRS.

It was right after the first big IRS outrage that he was nailed.

And LOOK AT THE FREAKING IRS TODAY!

I agree with that. He was never a wealthy man. Compared to the crooks now he was a saint.
