Issue bench warrants for every sponsor who signed these illegals out of the centers.
Sponsors are legally responsible for the whereabouts and conduct of their sponsorees. Pull them on the carpet to explain where their charges are and why they did not ensure their charges made a required appearance.
Most of their sponsors are probably illegal aliens, too with whereabouts unknown. Hell, the majority of them probably gave fake names and addresses.
