Too old at 63 to appoint. Dems are smarter than that, they'll prefer a radical in their early 50's
Good point. I did not realize Holder is that old.
Obama will definitely want to replace Ginsburg with a hard core leftist in his, her or its early 50s to ensure that the replacement is legislating from the bench for as long as possible. A black, lesbian, transsexual would be the most likely candidate, since he/she/it would cover as many Democrat quotas as possible.
Regardless, I still think it is almost certain that Reid will push Holder's replacement through during the lame duck session (along with a whole host of other far left wing appointments).
