A "mobile" refinery can produce, what, BEST CASE about 200 gallons a day?
I hope we're not chasing this stuff with Aegis targeting (really important $1.5bil asset) from a thousand miles and sending a $1mil Tomahawk after it.
Sadly, with our current "leadership" I fear that is the case.
