The graph is a plot of SMV (sexual marketplace value) versus age for men and for women. Any man who ever went to high school will grasp it instantly.
Women, however, are still, for the most part, in denial - they tend to believe that "24 is forever".

Wow Jim, I clicked on your link and took an entire day reading all about that topic, and related areas of "game" and the idea of never complimenting a woman lest she become arrogant.
