That’s scary, because how can we be guaranteed that someone from our own military won’t use some brains to help theae radicals use a weapon like this on a U.S. city? But then again, it seems like the administration isn’t harsh enough to traitors and deserters.
Chlorine is not really a WMB like sarin and the bio WMDs. It is commonly available in all sizes of compressed gas cylinders. When it’s compressed it turns to liquid much like propane. There is no need for fancy rocket delivery. See post 46.
