23%? They didn’t need much more than that to have a Revolution.

Hey! Nobody asked me if I was for it. I am. SC has done it before. May they do it again.

Maybe the secessionist states would commandeer the military bases and ordinance within their borders.

The federal government is the most treasonous government in the Union. I’m all for throwing it out. It is not possible to get it back within it’s Constitutional confines without millions of people dying.

Half the State department is made up of enemies of America.

Maybe the secessionist states would commandeer the military bases and ordinance within their borders. That didn't work out to well last time. In a new secessionist era, I can see a cooperation agreement where Texas would pay for defense, and secure rent money from the US, if the US decided to maintain its bases in the new Republic of Texas.

Half the State department is made up of enemies of America.Yeah I agree, but it is still a necessary evil, even in a stripped down United States (Confederation) of America

I don’t think the RT would go for that.

I dont think the RT would go for that.Interesting point, but would have to disagree. Defense could continue to be a great revenue enhancer, adding to RT's tax base. As many bases as we have, I bet we could almost make it revenue neutral, meaning we are basically getting free defense. The US could continue to be a great ally, while allowing our way of life to be enhanced by keeping our taxes here, and keeping the socialist fingers of DC out of our business.

Right now if our Governor announced we were exiting stage left er rather right I would dance for joy. No chance of that happening as he is a Federal dollar Ho RINO.

Maybe the secessionist states would commandeer the military bases and ordinance within their borders. Avoiding the actions needed to control today's Fort Sumter and other forts and bases is the primary reason for expelling the treasonous states rather than seceding. Even a spineless sissy like Obama couldn't pass up the opportunity to completely destroy our country through an all out civil war; we cannot give him the opportunity.

Just separating red states and blue would do the trick for me. Let’s see how long the takers can last without the givers.

Would you want to depend on the unbridled Left for your defense (or anything else)?
The economy of an unencumbered RT would not need the revenue.
The unbridled Left would probably not be a great ally to an independent RT.
You know as well as I do that providing defense--or anything else--would attract the socialist fingers like a magnet.

The USA needs to secede from the Liberals.
