I doubt Putin is that stupid. The man grew up in Soviet Russia and the former KGB - he’s very careful with his words. Are these comments lies? I have no way to know if they are lies - or if they are truth either.
I don’t either, but with his actions related to the Ukraine, it’s obvious Poopin is a lot less intelligent than I used to think.
