I think the Scots are going to find out that Cameron’s promises aren’t worth .......
They may, but if so, the Scots will have grounds for another kick at the can, holding that what the U.K. promised to keep them in was not delivered. If that is enough to cause 10% of the no vote to change, they will win.
I don’t believe their decision was based on those promises. In any event, he had no right to make them.
After all that has happened since 9/11/2001, Cameron still has the naïveté to shout that brainless slogan: “Islam is a religion of peace”.
We have no leaders in the West.
Nigel Farage said Salmond’s “independence” was not real because he wanted to keep Scotland in the EU.
Farage and UKIP opposed it. Hopefully Scotland and the rest of the UK will vote UKIP in the election next May 7th for the House of Commons.
The by-election in Clacton on October 9th will also be a test of UKIP strength.
