My last year in DC, I worked as a chauffeur because I couldn’t find any other work. One of my pickups was Ruth Ginsberg. I was taking her to the Supreme Court.
I took a sudden turn she was not expecting. She commented and I explained, “You see that red car behind us?” It’s been following us since I picked you up.”
It wasn’t true, but she was being a b!tch, so imthought I would get her focused on getting tomwork instead of b!tching.
