How is sending our military into a hot zone a legitimate use of them? Is there a military regulation against using troops for non-military reasons? Is there a military regulation against sending troops into a situation where they do not have the proper protective gear?

Let's send Odungo, Pelosi, and Holder to toe the line against ebola over there instead of the troops. Then we'll see how safe it is to send people over there.
