Been busy trying to finish taxes before midnight, waiting for the accountant to call.
Here is is clear and 61 degrees. Glorious Autumn day albeit a bit early to suit me.
It was cool enough to start cutting down the ground cover today.
Did my good deed for the day....saved another bird this morning...this time a female gold finch...and I inadvertantly saved another creature last night...damned cat was “meowing with her mouthful” late last night...so I turn on the light and see that she has brought me a gift (mouse), and sets it down in front of my feet....only problem was, she had not killed the damned thing yet...so it scurried off...and for the next hour, I was tossing the cats into the upstairs bedrooms telling them to “Find that GD mouse!” and they would just give me that “WTF is wrong with you, I already found it and brought it to you once!” look. Sooooooooooooooo somewhere in the house is one lucky arse mouse!
Just another reason to boycott Liam Neeson. A few months ago, he said he would be a muzzie if it wouldn’t affect his star value. That explains why in his movie about the airplane, the muzzies save the day, and the bad guy is a former soldier.
Now, I read, he is promoting gun control in the USA, and is against the 2nd Ammendment.
He is dead to me. His dtm grave marker is right next to Jim Carey.
I agree about the hard winter...trees are losing their leaves much earlier this fall, and with the bumper crop of acorns on the ground, Im guessing Mother Nature is turning squirrels into “Preppers” ;-)
They don’t eat much and rarely shower...
I do not tend to listen to anything actors say. After having seen most of them n Awards programs, it is cler to me that unless they have memorized a script, most of them are blithering idiots when it comes to speaking. (No wonder most of them are Liberals...all they have to do is memorize the talking points!/s)
