Very nice! It’s a Crown Vic, too... looks like an ex-police car, too, with what looks like an old light bar on the roof.
Excellent idea. I don’t own a boob-toob but I’d buy one to watch that!
Could some Woodruff, SC FReepers roam the school parking lot and take pictures of vehicles with items that “draw attention” and post them? I’m curious to what all is overlooked by these same school administrators.
Student cars will be banned altogether, they pollute the environment, take up real estate, and some students cannot afford a car or get one from their parents.
“I guess fuzzy dice are out too huh?”
And no Bongos in the back either.
Don’t forget those COEXIST decals.
Yes, or RAINBOWS.
Yep, this story was posted late last week. Same day the story about the Arkasnas university made their football players remove the Cross stickers from their helmets, which they’d placed there to honor a deceased teammate. And the same day some school in California banned their booster club from selling Chick-Fil-A sandwiches.
Every day, more and more examples of people cowardly caving to the most ludicrous PC pressures. Always used to think Americans had too much grit, too much vinegar, in them to be such cowering rabbits, caving to all this abject nonsense. I see all this constant capitulation nowadays (even in places now like SC and AR!), and I realize what an incredibly weak people and an incredibly weak nation we have become. This sure as hell isn’t the America of just a few decades back, much less the country that fought WW2 or the Cold War.
Back in the late 80s while in the people’s high school, I had an old 77 CJ5 with the 304 and headers. It also had 33 inch tires and a slightly slipping clutch.
One afternoon at the end of indoctrination, there was a guy spinning his sports car (maybe a Camero) in plain view. It was a favorite football player I think.
Anyway one of the vice principals ran up to me and accused me. I wasn’t even cranked. My fat tires couldn’t have made those thin tire marks. Didn’t matter to Mo-Ron Ron. I was threatened with this and that.
The next day, the other vice principal who was fairly normal and level headed talked to me and I gave him the rundown plus a few witnesses. I never heard another word.
If every car had a flag every day then none of them are drawing attention.
draw attention
Looks like the principal is the one drawing attention.
Some people have way too much time on their hands.
....and..."I am a minor. I cannot and will not talk to you. That is not my car. It is my parents private property. I will not alter property. If you have any further questions or concerns, here is our family attorney's business card".
;^\
What about drawing attention to one's school...
I’ll repeat what I said the first time: this car thing is an attack on masculinity as much as patriotism. What red blooded American guy doesn’t want to draw attention to his car? Whereas most teachers drive asexual little eunuch cars like the Prius.
