Thankfully, the guest vocalist was also a guitarist, so I just handed her mine (old faithful), and she did a very nice job playing and singing her original song.
And since we were unable to rehearse yesterday we just started playing, and it sounded good. That is, of course, a milestone for ANY band! :-)
I am only doing one class a day in my studies (1.5 hours) as it is a lot to absorb. I am also doing the courses one at a time rather than simultaneously, like I would if I were in a college setting.
This is what works best for me, as I have a few other things going on in my life! LOL!
