I can't tell you how many times I have heard liberals and atheists claim that Hitler was a Christian. From that claim they then go onto bashing Christianity.

But the same people will deny that Muslims who hate us and Israel and have no problem at all killing us in accordance with their religious teachings, aren't really doing it in accordance with their religious teachings.

So calling a person who does not consider himself a christian and who violates every precept of Christianity is still a Christian. But someone who calls himself a muslim and does what him faith teaches him to do is really not a Muslim?

We have to tolerate everything a Muslim does and Christians are intolerant.

"I can't tell you how many times I have heard liberals and atheists claim that Hitler was a Christian."

History shows that he was born into a Catholic family but that he rejected Catholicism/Christianity. There are a lot of articles, but this one makes that specific point.

"Hitler was also born into a Catholic family, but he rejected Catholicism and in most ways he rejected Christianity in general. On occasion we have read people claim that "Hitler was a Catholic" or "Hitler was a Christian" in a meaningful way, implying that Christianity or Catholicism was the primary impetus for his Nazi reign. Such claims are simply vitriolic attacks occasionally voiced by ideologically-inclined anti-Christian, anti-Semitic or pro-Nazi people. Historians agree that Hitler was pointedly anti-Christian."

(snip)

"The upshot: a ton of evidence that Hitler sought to wipe out Christianity just as surely as he sought to wipe out the Jews."
