While USA is upto it’s eyeballs in debt, and borrowing Billions more, China keeps buying up mines and businesses world wide.
While USA protects oil flow to China from middle-east, China is busy expanding it’s trade surplus with USA. They know reprisals will be swift and harsh.
While USA worries about threats from ISIS, China has no such worries. ISIS or any other muzzies dare not ruffle China’s feathers.
