McALLEN - Law enforcement officials and city leaders from across the Rio Grande Valley are preparing for what they say could result in tense moments or violence.
Officials say they received word that members of a militia are threatening to block ports of entry.

Is this the same bunch of yahoos that said they were going to protect the electric facilities near The Woodlands on 9/11?
I saw that alert come out on Wednesday.
This is outrageous! If we don’t let illegals in then how is Mark Zuckerberg going to get cheap labor?

How team Barry gets away with opening our borders to illegals is unbelievable and FEW if any Republicans care to speak out against this treason for fear of alienating Hispanics AND CORPORATE DONORS.

Don’t know, what I DO know is I’m glad there are those who will take a stand.
“...are preparing for what they say could result in tense moments or violence”
Of course, illegals cause no violence, so we should just let them come through...(S)
you speak the truth.........which means you are scaring people. Can’t do that.
Our side needs constructive, tolerant, reach across the aisle dialogue on this border discussion. sarc
Bunch of yahoos? I have no idea what the Woodlands/Electric facilities issue is.
But, were the folks helping protect Bundy’s property rights, or those stopping busloads of illegals entering Southern California a “bunch of yahoos”? Just curious.
Thanks BenLurkin, BUMP!

Those two
happenings are HUGH Acts of We The People Standing Proud and WINNING!
Go Patriots!
They’d stop more crossings by going about 50 feet past the bridge.
Towards the USA side??
Isn’t stopping illegal immigrant traffic, stifling “someone’s” commerce??? However “illegal” that is???
If the intent it stop illegal immigrants from crossing, and not to stop bonded “legal” international commerce, does this effort have the ability to discern the difference???
Now, before everyone throws heavy objects at me, let me be clearer than the “Golfer-in-Chief”...
This is a problem that needs no solution from the government that has abdicated its Constitutional responsibility, and continues to spit in YOUR face on this issue...
If this group is serious about following through with this effort, however it is received by the court of public opinion...We already know what the outcome of this will be...
If you have ever been to our border and seen it for yourself, you will know that the border between our countries is already gone...It is nothing more than a line on a piece of paper...And a column on a ledger...
The people on both sides of tis issue are victims of a disrespect for the rule of law...
There IS NO ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION to work around this problem, at least from our side...The more people and our politicians try to find a way to make this work, the less that actually gets done to fix it...No matter how good the intentions are...
These militia member, however many show up to make their presence known...It will not matter...The battle will be against both side of this issue...More so from the proponents and excusers...Or argument WILL NEVER get a fair shake in the court of public opinion, which is exactly where the government and purveyors of this activity want this battle to remain...
So, is anyone ready to accept where this is heading??? Or know where it is going first of all???
“When in the course of Human Events, it becomes necessary...”
(I leave this to those who understand, and do their own objective and introspective “gut-check”)
And this goes WAY beyond the “our last chance” narrative that has been a much overused, and ineffective abused line...
Also, I am not trying to make anyone angry either...Its just way beyond time for people to put up or shut up...
So I’ll shut up, shuttin’ up...
