Since I was OOD on the Independence (CV-62), I do know what the F I’m talking about and it’s a valid point.
I didn’t say that in this particular case that is what happened.
I said that it can happen when pilot’s hot dog - which they do on occasion and I have experience with it when they are overly high on themselves.
So you were the guy that couldn’t figure out what direction the wind was coming from.
