WIS arrived at Timothy Jones' trailer on South Lake Drive in Lexington just as officials in Alabama confirmed the discovery of the bodies of five small children.
The scene in the quiet trailer park community was extremely tragic, with more than a half dozen neighborhood children crying loudly and asking "how could this happen?"

Give me immunity and I will take care of him.
There’s a long line ahead of you ....
Why would you need immunity? I mean...bringing him his meals, mowing his lawn, getting him dressed in the morning...oh,wait....oh,THAT taking care of.
Never mind.
Tie him to a poll and tell the kids to use him like a piñata
They didn’t include the obligatory statement, “he was a quiet man.”
One article I read said a ‘neighbor’ saw the children at all hours around the house and they looked ‘neglected’
Now they’re shocked?
This is the face of evil, the face of darkness, the face of a culture that has no regard for life.
From abortion, to mass shootings in schools, to serial killers, to the Knockout Game to Andrea Yates and now Tim Jones.
“They didnt include the obligatory statement, he was a quiet man.”
And I bet “ he’d do anything for ‘ya” .
.
I am surprised as to how little news this story is getting in the national news. Very different from the headlines Andrea Yates earned when she murdered her five children.
“But he always said ‘hi’, and when he did talk to us he was very well-spoken”.
Jesus wept.
That trailer park is out on a main highway, about a couple of miles from me. Oddly enough, it is also just a couple of miles from where Sherri Smith disappeared, if anyone remembers her case from 25+ years ago. You never really know what kind of people live in your community. So tragic.
Sure. For now. But the police have ways of making it talk...
“Oddly enough, it is also just a couple of miles from where Sherri Smith disappeared...”
Is that the same woman is South Carolina who strapped her kids in the car, pushed the car into the lake and said that her kids were kidnapped by a black man?
No comment can solace those who hear about this.
I pray for the children.

The 32-year-old was detained in Smith County, Mississippi, on Saturday after being stopped at a motor vehicle checkpoint near Raleigh, Mississippi, and charged with drunken driving. McCarty said Wednesday Jones was arrested after authorities found chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine and a substance believed to be the street drug Spice, a form of synthetic marijuana, in his car. Cleaning materials and blood were also spotted in the car, according to the sheriff.
There was a prior complaint made about Jones committing some kind of abuse against his children on Aug. 7, according to Jackie Swindler with the Department of Social Services. He said deputies and DSS went together to the home, and they interviewed Jones and the children and found nothing that alarmed them and no eminent danger. He said that DSS would have scheduled a follow up visit sometime within 45 days, but no visit had been scheduled.
Swindler said the case is still open and was still being investigated.
On Aug, 28, Jones was charged with unlawful neglect after he was accused of putting his 1-year-old in unreasonable risk of harm when Jones forced her and four of her siblings out of a car near a Walmart in Lexington County.
McCarty said Jones was a computer engineer with no prior criminal history and no known history of mental illness. He said Jones has not yet indicated why he killed the children, and no triggering event has yet been determined.
The sheriff, who at times had tears in his eyes during the news conference, said the investigation has been hard on everyone involved, especially those with children.
He said, I am a father and a grandfather. In all my years of law enforcement, I have never seen a case like this.
Some backgound on marriage & divorce:
That's because murdering unwanted kids is now basically acceptable to the cultural elite in this country, including the media. What worries them is the possibility that somebody might have a "racist" thought.
that's because he didn't use a firearm
