Kahn's career kept her on hold until 49, when she had her first child Scarlett through in vitro fertilization. This time around at 51, she used the same procedure with the same donors. Donors, plural?

Kahn's career kept her on hold until 49, Must have been a great career. So which Fortune 500 is she CEO of? Heads what law firm? Chief of surgery somewhere? College president? What? OOH, good luck to her, but I also think she's very selfish - she did this for herself, not for the children.

I think the “donors” (plural) mean it was a younger woman’s egg, plus a male sperm donor. The article indicates the same donors this time around, so the kids will be 100% siblings of two other people.

"Donors, plural?" Vendors, actually. One for the egg and one for the sperm.
