In response to an inquiry about unaccompanied minors from one of its school divisions, Virginia’s Department of Education issued a memo this month reminding its 132 divisions about their obligation to educate all children.
According to the memo, under federal and Virginia law, the state expects that many of the unaccompanied minors who enroll in public school will be considered “homeless.”
“In addition, division superintendents cannot exclude from school attendance those homeless children who do not provide the requisite health or immunization information required of other students,” the memo continued.

IMHO, it it long past time for a lawsuit claiming admission of the “homeless children” poses a credible and actionable “threat to public health and safety”.
Whether the infected or infested child is a child born in America or a Bambino Latrino who illegally entered the country with lice/flea, or is a coughing carrier of numerous nasty tropical diseases - NONE CAN BE ALLOWED IN THE SCHOOLS!
The breadth and depth of Obama and his Regime’s hatred and determination to destroy America can be seen in their willingness to force the diseased into our schools.
Were those American children they would not be allowed on school property unless they were inoculated and were disease free.
Litigation concerning “Human Health & Safety” once got priority - now, with generations of commies in the courts, who knows.
Besides, where will one find an attorney willing to argue against the system?
