The notion of “war crimes” is pretty meaningless when no jihadist will ever be held to account for his war crimes except by the IDF or the US Marines.
In any case, the right answer for a captured jihadist is summary execution. This shouldn’t be a crime or an anomaly, it is the right answer. Any captured jihadist should be dealt with immediately. His only chance at saving his life should be to sing like a canary, and even at that, once he runs out of things to sing about, he should meet a swift end in front of a wall.
