I remember a time when we had TWO major political parties, and there was at least ‘some’ check and balance against this kind of nonsense.

Until the Pubbies grow some semblance of a spine, this will continue. I tell them that every time they call asking for money..and still, they continue to call. Weird.
They are not going to grow a spine. They have to have been in on the Tea Party targeting...it sure seems to be a bipartisan effort.
About 6 or 8 years ago, some dude called me asking for money. I told him to take my name out of the Republican Party, then I went absolutely ballistic on the guy. I called him every name in the book, and a few more too. He took it and then we hung up. I have not given them one red cent since then. So far, they have not shown me they are moving back to the right, so F them.
