Theres fresh evidence that Republicans are inching toward winning control of the Senate in November. The bipartisan George Washington University Battleground Poll released Wednesday has the GOP ahead on the generic congressional ballot by 4 percentage points, 46 to 42 percent. More ominously for Democrats, in states where there is a competitive Senate race, Republicans lead the generic ballot by 16 percentage points, 52 to 36.
Though the American public is as divided as it has been all year, as we head into the 2014 general elections the advantage among likely voters is flowing toward Republicans, said Christopher Arterton, George Washington University professor of political management and poll director.

Not one dime’s worth of difference. Beavis and Butthead, aka McCornhole and Bonor, will be saving Soetoro ‘s corrupt azz.
Thank you. I appreciate you looking.
If it’s close, he won’t be able to hide.
The absolutely stunning number in that poll was the 16 point favorable spread for the GOP generic ballot in the states where the Senate races are competitive. Sixteen points!
To me that illustrates that the up-and-running campaigns in those states, including the political ads, are finding people frustrated and willing to consider the GOP this time around.
If the 16 point spread is anywhere near real, that also indicates that the GOP and outside groups supporting the GOP should be spending some money in states where the races aren’t considered all that competitive, like MN and IL, to see if they can generate similar movement in those states. It’s conceivable that the independent voter, and many traditional Dem voters, are willing to be sold the GOP’s message(s).
The ad being run against Landrieu in Louisiana appears devastating, and I suspect similar ads could be run elsewhere, targeting obvious weaknesses, such as being the essential vote for Obamacare, which every Dem Senator was.
Yes, but polls like this do not factor in the hundreds of thousands of Conservatives who will stay home on Election Day or skip the Senate race on their ballots in Kentucky and Mississippi. If I could gamble righteously, I’d bet that Mitch McConnel and Thad Cochran are going down on Nov. 4.
We can't stop fraud completely. What we can do is keep the level down and our margin of victory up, investigate vote crimes aggressively, and prosecute to the fullest possible extent regardless of union thug threats and Race Card defenses.
There is a huge difference. Boehner and McCain are thoroughly disappointing and weak, but Reid and Pelosi are pure evil. We can survive weakness in some if we get a Senate majority. I doubt that the United States will even be recognizable as a free country if Obama passes power on to another leftist with a liberal Senate on their side.
Troll
Shaddup GOPe shill. Not one dime’s worth of difference. Bet on it.
