"I thought that the last fifty years of paying welfare counted as reparations... I fully agree, and it's time we pass a Constitutional amendment to deny voting rights to anyone who has accepted entitlements in the prior 5 years.

Bingo! But let’s expand it to include any person residing within the borders of United States and its territories and receiving income from the US government is not allowed to vote.
