My take is every one sees what they want to see.
Tell you what. If the Ukraine is not being invaded right now, I’d be happy to have been wrong.
The situation we’re in right now, it’s almost impossible to tell what is going on. We can’t trust the Ukraine fully, Russia, or our own public officials. NATO seems to believe there is an invasion taking place. The Ukrainian government does. Our government does. Russia denies it, but then some Russian forces state there are 3 to 4,000 Russian troops in the Ukraine. Then it is said they are either former military, or military on leave.
That’s a tacit admission from the same side that says it isn’t happening.
Nearly everyone agrees that if Russia weren’t pushing this, there would be very little going in inside the Ukraine.

Using your "take" on things, then the only people who ever see their country invaded are people who want to have their country invaded.
