The article points out that there has never been a comprehensive effort to gather the data needed to prove one way or the other.

So the victim's industry citing its Black Privilege can freely shout "unrealistic and often outlandish" claims at each and every individual personal tragedy involving a black citizen and police.

As victims of retaliatory assaults accumulate because of Ferguson MSM and race-grievance industry lies keep in mind that victims should file civil lawsuits against them using the doctrine of vicarious liability. The offenders need only be aware of the hate and lies spewed forth. A jury would surely decide in favor of the victim.

243 blacks shot by police per year is one every 36 hours. It actually seems plausible, but the carefully researched USAToday says that there were 96 blacks killed in 400 police shootings averaged over seven years. Nowhere near 243.

So many blacks have been shot by police that it has permanently changed the migration pattern of land sharks...but I digress. Apparently blacks will believe this.
