What a story. Grief can feel so boundless. I am glad his friend brought him back off the edge; still, any sane person wants some kind of justice in this world. I hope Mr. Miller can tie the murder of his daughter to this creep. Maybe the DA can link some sort of plea deal to a confession with relevant details.

Blessings to you today, Ditter. I imagine there aren’t many days when you don’t think about your son. Bless him where he is.

I can only imagine what a struggle this must be for you, with no consolation in this world. I will be sure to pray for you this weekend, and for all who are terribly wronged and consequently suffer terribly from temptations to mortal anger.

Thank you, I am no longer struggling with the overwhelming anger that I felt. I have forgiven the man who killed our son. It was not deliberate, it was an accident, had it been a murder I would have had a much harder time putting it behind me.

Was the gratuitous insult necessary? At the crime scene, a SCI takes samples, bags them, and delivers them to the crime lab. The testing is done there.

Funny, I felt your studied naivete' was the gratuitous insult. But whatever, if you really can't figure out what happened then let it remain a mystery. Better that than sully your delicate world.

I agree. I don’t think the prosecution wanted to win.

‘the same cops that came out to help pick up the bodies of the dead children, are the ones who did the residue testing.’

Link?

Link?

Like I said in the beginning, you don’t get out much.

There will be no link for any of this.

Don’t worry about it. Go back to your dream. I promise not to wake you again with how the world actually works.

There is no link because your post was ignorant and incorrect. The police did not and do not collect or test for gun shot powder residue. You should have admitted you were wrong rather than keep digging yourself further into this bizarrely stupid hole you created.

If you have no idea who actually collects gun powder residue samples and how/where they are tested, where do you get the arrogance to insist anybody believe anything else you say?

I don't insist anybody believes anything I say - even you. Astonishing, isn't it?

But I do observe that your understanding of human nature leaves a bit to be desired, especially for one who goes by your Freepname.

Not to mention that your apparent assertion that the collection, analysis and - especially - custody of evidence is entirely outside of police influence, and is done by people entirely outside of the realm of the human condition, is the only "arrogance" I can see in what is apparently passing for a "discussion" between us.

Think what you want - that the driver was shot dead right at the time the father got to him after he killed his sons, by persons unknown who ran up, did the dirty deed, and then ran away before the dad even saw them. Yeah that's the ticket. I mean, it's not like that so-called explanation is a "bizarrely stupid hole" or anything! After all, it's the "official" story, so it's GOT to be true! LOL!

If you tried really, really hard, you could not misstate what I said more egregiously. Do you not realize that when you totally, completely & wholly misconstrue another person’s comments, it is YOUR credibility that slides down the drain?

Ditto above. Either you have no idea what I’ve said so far—indicating zero reading comprehension skills—or you’ve understood and decided to misrepresent my comments as completely as possible. Neither position does you any credit.

LOL, then here's what you do, since you're so worried about my credibility. You take out your managers report form, and you look down the list of things to checkmark, and when it says "credibility," you look at the the numbers from one to five and you take out your number two pencil and mark the "one" dot. Go ahead, fill it in. And then send it to your supervisor, receive your little gold star, and diss me at Starbucks to all the other little crawling worms you trade froth with.

Happy now? Bwahahahaha!

My comments must have made too much sense and been too well documented for you to accurately represent them. The fact that you had to misrepresent what I said to such an extreme/ridiculous degree indicates you know full well I’m right. Otherwise you could accurately quote me, and critique what I actually said.

You lose.

I guess you didn’t/couldn’t follow the logic. When you have to distort another person’s words beyond all recognition, it’s self defeating. I.e.: you’re admitting that if you referenced their actual words, you couldn’t refute them.
