The Department of Justices board of immigration appeals has decided to let Guatemalan women win asylum in the United States if they claim to be victims of domestic violence.
The decision creates a huge new incentive for Guatemalan women to cross the U.S. border, because if their asylum claim is accepted, their children get U.S. citizenship, plus the use of federal health, education and retirement programs, regardless of their initial education and work skills.
The new decision also means that many of the Guatemalan women who have already crossed the border this year have a new claim for asylum.
And Republicans do...nothing.
Sure, why the hell not..... Flood gates are open anyways.
Don’t give them ideas. : )
So now what we have is thousands more of illegals now getting here claiming abuse when we can’t even verify it.
WHERE IS THE GOP?
Good grief is right. If you’re an American citizen and file a claim of domestic violence, you get the run-around which includes filing a PPO (your “asylum”), which isn’t worth the paper its written on. I swear, the non-citizens in this country now have MORE effing rights and benefits than we do, thanks to the jug-eared, purple-lipped, flying Fraudster-in-Chief. Two more years of his community campaigning crap? Spare me.
“They stood by and did nothing between 2000 & 2006 too, when they had control of the House, Senate and WH, which is why I won’t vote for another. “
They did worse than nothing under GW Bush. He and the R Senate pushed for amnesty worse than liberals do. Only the R House stopped it. Ironic. That House had some heroes and patriots.
Only if they also have a headache and fever. Extra points for vomiting blood.
Because domestic violence never happens over here.
Because domestic violence never happens over here.

- Err Farts One to all the golf courses - Hmmmm
- Enough said . . .
What evidence of being a “victim” of domestic violence are they going to have to provide? Are we just going to take their lyingass word for it?
Yes, we’ll take their word for it (and let them in even if we know they are lying). In a global economy a country of 300+ million is a small fish compared to the two Asian giants of 1 billion+, and since Americans won’t produce another generation we’ll traffic one from the wilds to the south of our border. We need people to fill housing, classrooms, and malls, and we’ll do whatever it takes to get them...
This looks like a ‘redistribution of wealth’ via bringing them here rather than hand over the revenues to the country leadership to distribute. Immigration being the instrument of “war” so to speak.
Whomever is pulling the strings on our country are not wasting any time......it can hardly be denied it’s all to weaken us abroad...and right here as well.
....”What evidence of being a victim of domestic violence are they going to have to provide? Are we just going to take their lyingass word for it?”.....
None I would imagine...this is only to justify bringing them in to American citizens as the reason. It doesn’t have to be more because nothing can stop this now....there’s no pushback.
They sound like the Russians “What invasion?”
Even Poroshenko has said Russian Troops working ‘With’ the rebels....not that it’s an invasion..on his web site.
But who knows anymore what’s really happening there? It remains a clustered mess and likely won’t be done with any time soon regardless of “the talks”.
I’m more concerned with how many American troops are on the ground in Syria...where ISIS just killed 120 Syrian soldiers.
It might have started out as “working with the rebels” but you see it go from the rebel pockets collapsing to the front moving a hundred west in a day or two and you know something has changed.
I would not send troops to Syria, which side do you want to turn your backs to? neither!
Become familiar with the program Special Immigrant Juveniles Status (SIJS), under the Immigration program that covers anyone under age of 21 that is abused, abandoned, or neglected and cannot be united with at least one parent. They are granted PERMANENT RESIDENCY STATUS. Our wonderful Congress took a federal issue and directed STATE juvenile courts to make factual findings to establish eligibility. Yep, those judges are raking in some dough! Looks like the poor mamas felt too isolated, so now they are covered. SOBs!!!
Holy Shiite....
Tell you what. Send the Department of JustUs down to the Guatemalan border and have them sign them up there and at the same time put a air drop issuing a bounty on the people taking the applications.
That should slow things down, IMO.....
