It’s so easy to manufacture audio evidence. I have a relative who is a studio engineer and he does both audio and video production. He’s showed me how he can alter both and it is very hard to tell which is the real and which is the fake. He does that as a small business owner and from a home studio. You can only imagine what some real pros with an unlimited budget could do.
And there may be a perfectly good reason. Especially if Wilson is charged with anything. That info should be part of the (decision on whether to charge him ?..... nah) trial.
HOWEVER the media and certain minority support groups (CBC,NAACP,BLACK BLOC,FBI,DOJ, and the President) are using the 'absence' of evidence to twist the view of the public.
Well the cops know how many shots were fired. They get the gun pretty quick after a shooting. They also pick up and catalog all the brass etc.
So far officer Wilson’s account of the events has not even been released. Disturbing to say the least. Especially with the public lynching going on.
I heard that the ‘temple’ (allah akbar) made a ‘killing’ off the funeral of Big Mike.
This shows that Sgt. Wilson gave the Gentle Giant a chance to surrender, but he still came charging.
Looks like this confirms Wilson's account, and contradicts the accomplice/witness Dorian Johnson.
No. Police do not fire 'warning shots'. Too many of those shots, in the past, went errant and killed/injured/destroyed property.
The shots sound very close. Odd that we hear no yelling or screaming during the pause.
And unless you live in Gaza, gunshots that close would make any normal person jump up and stop whatever they were doing. Especially at noon on a weekday.
While I joked that Al Sharpton provided the audio tape , no where does it say where the audio tape came from.
MY GUESS is that one of the apartment residents was on a cell phone, and the FBI was able to retrieve the call from the service provider.
Just because they try to convince the public they can't go back and get the contents of a phone call, doesn't mean they can't.
Remember, Holder sent 40 FBI guys to 'investigate' this case.
More evidence that this administration is going to crucify the cop. There is no end to government BS!

They buried the evidence yesterday. Yeah, you can count on there being way more than weed. I don't think there is much clinical evidence that MJ makes one aggressively bold.
Why ?
The 'other' audio that was discussed here on FR days ago was the one where a reporter was recording the aftermath, and a 'witness' is overheard telling another gawker that the officer was 'missing' Mike Brown.
Regardless, the first 7 shots didn't all hit Brown and he apparently was still coming at the officer. A pause and then firing more rounds seems totally appropriate.
If we assume your count 7+4 is accurate, then we should find that the officer's gun had two bullets unfired. Do you think that will be the case ?
Been that way for like 70 years.

11? So? We have 6 established hits, so 7 were misses. Only 2 shots were incapacitating as plainly needed.
Mid-shooting pause? Assessing fact that first string were not incapacitating, concluding more needed.
Damning? To the contrary:
Brown was not deterred by a cop pointing a gun at him.
Brown was not deterred by 7 warning shots (misses function as “you’re going to get shot if you don’t stop NOW”).
Brown was not deterred by 4 “shoot to wound” shots (poorly placed shots function as “shoot to wound”).
10 “stop now or you’re gonna die” warnings, and Brown STILL acted with intent to kill.
Damning, yes - to Brown.
“Were these 9mm caliber, do you know? .40? Wonder what brand, type of bullet.”

“Sounds like he tried to slow Brown down with shots to his right side, but he just kept coming.”
Take a defensive gun class.
None needed. There were no reports that Brown was on drugs, no evidence he was on them, or had any on his person.
Besides, the autopsy proved he smoked marijuana habitually, which is not a drug.
Therefore there was no reason to pursue any further tests.

What’s the problem with the pause?
After 7 shots, one may be assessing the situation, and/or incredulous at the fact that Brown was still closing distance for attack.
The pause means Brown had a chance to stop after ample warning to. He didn’t.
