I get it now. Yeah, it’s scripted to the T.
It would if there were only 8 cartridges laying on the ground.
Notice that NO WHERE in the media or police reports does it state how many shots the officer fired. If there is a count of the empty cartridges it has not been made public.
Since there were reports of gunfire near the scene BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the Brown/Wilson incident, could those be part of what is on the audio tape? Is that why the count of shots fired is being suppressed ?
Let me ask you this.... How many bullet holes were in Brown's body ?
Maybe that’s the idea. To make it so impossible for cops to do their jobs, nobody will want to do it.
Except for those who are desperate enough to do the job, you see where I heading here?
All the sources I can find say it was a -Sig Sauer P229, .40 cal, 12+1.
There were reports of gunfire, near the scene, BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the Wilson/Brown incident.
The FBI knows that too.

The question should be how many rounds were STILL in his gun after the shooting.
Although they did say the guy who gave them the tape looked awfully familiar.
Which seems odd since we have everybody from the PRESIDENT on down investigating this case.
Well let me rephrase that. I'm assuming that the police investigated the shooting and that they recorded where the shell casings were. But that information hasn't been released.
Odd unless you live in that neighborhood.
Residents there often have to put up with sounds of gunfire while hitting on chicks.
Which should make one consider why that info is being kept from the public.
Maybe it's because the holes in Mike, the number of shots fired, the number of shots 'heard' in the alleged video, and the reports of the number of shots by witnesses don't match up.
They don't want you to know.
First which model gun did Wilson have and we know how many bullets he started with?

You are assuming that all the shots fired hit Brown. Common sense would tell you that he might have missed once or twice.
Seems awfully fishy this evidence comes out AFTER all the looting, pillaging, political grandstanding, etc... Ask yourself what black person would hold ono evidence like that with all the attention whoring publicity it would give them not to mention a chance to get back at the man. I’m sorry I just don’t buy it. It’s way to easy to alter or manufacture digital evidence in this day and age. You can no longer trust ANY video or audio to be accurate. I don’t know about you but I’ve seen some good fakes where they’ve shown the before and after videos or audios and there is NO way you can tell which one is the real one or not unless you are an expert in that field. The new evidence smells. I’m sure it will just happen to be an innocent kid who just happened to be pushing buttons on their mome or dad’s cell phone when it happened “accidentally”.../s
Contrary to the article, the audio does not call into question Wilson’s version of events, but is consistent with it.
In the first place, the audio tape pretty much destroys the contention that at any point Brown was shot from behind, as claimed by the Brown attorneys.
According to the autopsy, Brown was struck by six bullets. Brown’s attorneys claim that according to Dr. Michael Baden, one of the six shots, to the arm, might have been from behind. They put a lot of stock into this possibility of one from behind in order to fit their narrative. Five were definitely from the front.
Therefore, since on the audio tape we have two groups of six shots and then four shots, in neither of the two groups of shots was the shooter shooting at Brown from behind. This is because each group of shots was very close together in time, making it highly unlikely that Brown turned around and reversed course during the particular fusillade of a group of shots.
We know that the first group of six shots could not be from behind, because Brown was shot five times from the front - too many to be accounted for by the second group of shots. And the blood trail will almost certainly demonstrate that Brown was closer to Wilson when the second group of shots was fired, meaning the second group of four shots also could not be from behind.
The audio tape suggests the following:
One shot fired during struggle in police cruiser (before the start of this audio tape)
Brown and Johnson begin to run away. Wilson staggers out of the car and raise his gun at Brown and yells for him to stop. Brown turns around and taunts him, “what, are you going to shoot me?”, and starts toward Wilson.
Wilson fires six shots. Two hit Brown in the arm, four miss left. As Dr. Baden observed, the wounds other than the head shots were easily survivable by Brown.
Wilson pauses to see the effect on Brown, but Brown lunges at Wilson. At this point Brown has only sustained two shots into one of his arms.
Wilson fires four shots at even closer range, all of which hit, being at closer range, including the two head shots, and Brown falls a couple of feet short of Wilson.
Eleven total shots fired, of which ten can be heard on the tape.
The problem isn’t the overall number of shots fired. The problem is the pause between the first seven and the remaining four.
Almost. The idea is to make the public hate the cops, and turn to the FEDS to be the new POLICE.
I know... it sounds silly. Couldn't happen. Oh.... wait...
