I would sit down the top 5,000 military and political bureaucrats and administer a 100 question open book test. The open book would be the Koran. They would have three hours to complete the test. Any unanswered question would be treated as incorrect answer. A passing grade would be 80%. People of Islamic extraction or practicing Muslims would be bared from taking the test.

Those who failed would be immediately dismissed from Federal Service as being incompetent. These people would be bared from Federal Service and living near the beltway for a decade. Very low scores would be bared for 15 years.

If you don’t understand your enemy how can you effectively fight him? Why would you admit an identified enemy agent into your war councils? Why would want to advised by competent failures when they became lobbyists?

Then, I would repeat the concept with specialized test for DOJ, Energy, Education, EPA, IRS, and State. The concept would be the same - if you don’t know the statutory requirements for your job how can we expect you to perform effectively?

The survivors of this “purge” (as articulated by the MSM) would understand their job requirements and restrictions, at least for a year or three.
