OMG. He truly, actually has blood on his hands for his own vain, selfish purposes if this is true.
Every president makes decisions that can put Americans in harm’s way. But I believe most do so because they love their country and want the best for its people. This, however, is beyond nauseating.
I really hope, for the sake of his own soul, that this report is not true.

Obama cannot accept anything that would prove that he is an utter failure. Look ObamCare is a disaster - false numbers to prove what he is just an utter failure.
