Only the courts can judge Michael Browns killer but this is the system that let George Zimmerman walk free.
Just outside a mall in Ferguson, Missouri, shortly after 10 oclock on Wednesday, a black man in his 30s was stopped and frisked by around eight white policemen. As he gingerly emptied his pockets, careful not to move too quickly, he yelled at them. It was a soliloquy of pure rage; a fluent, apparently unstoppable oration against not just the men who had apprehended him but the system they represented.
Yes Im angry, he shouted. Four hundred years we been here. We built this place for free and yall still hate us. A man filming the incident was told to move on but did not budge. When the police let the pedestrian go (whatever they were looking for he didnt have), the man recording went too. Ive done my job, he said.
All books about all revolutions begin with a chapter that describes the decay of tottering authority or the misery and sufferings of people, wrote Polish journalist Ryszard Kapuscinski in Shah of Shahs. They should begin with a psychological chapter, one that shows how a harassed, terrified man breaks his terror and stops being afraid. This unusual process demands illuminating. Man gets rid of fear and feels free.
For the past fortnight, the black population of this St Louis suburb has been shedding its fear. Since Michael Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was shot six times while raising his hands in a surrender position, they have asserted their humanity in ways big and small, beautiful and ugly. Every night they marched up the main drag in the black part of town, past militarised encampments of heavily armed police, chanting: Hey, hey, ho, ho, killer cops have got to go.(continued)

That's a public education @ work right there. Sorry Sparky but that isn't even close to being true.
It’s actually closer to 200 years, while white indentured servants have been here for closer to 300-400 years outnumbering the blacks at that time by 4 to 1.
Maybe behavior and thinking has more influence upon their treatment than race,...ya think?
If they have a problem, take it out on the people most responsible - the Mohammedans. Instead, they embrace Mohammedism.
Beyond stupid.
(Only the courts can judge Michael Browns killer but this is the system that let George Zimmerman walk free.)
Well DUH!
That is supposed to be the result for the innocent.. Dumb ass.....
Any place in Africa would be so much better for Blacks than the hell-hole that is America but I don't see any of them leaving and seeking asylum from American discrimination and persecution.
“Four hundred years we been here.”
Since he claims he came here from Africa 400 years ago, maybe we can take a collection to send him back there now. Plenty of today’s Africans would love to take his place here.
And yet during all that time he never bothered to learn proper English.
In 1992 Maxine Waters referred to the LA riots as a rebellion, a revolution, an uprising.
This black revolution was followed with the 1st WTC bombing.
Following the 2000 election where it was claimed Bush stole the election from blacks, Jackamo Jackson referred to it as a rebellion, a revolution, an uprising.
This black revolution was followed by a 2nd attack on the WTC on 9/11.
We now have a third “black” rebellion, revolution, uprising and once again terrorist, ISIS, have made a terrorist threat against NYC.
Find an incident, a spark to ignite the flame, ratchet it up to a raging inferno. “Prairie Fire”-Bill Ayers-Weather Underground
Since 1991, each and every time a Clinton has their sights set on the WH or staying in the WH, we get the Weather Underground playbook of “black revolution” followed with a terrorist attack.
At what point does it stop being “just a coincidence”?
Don’t forget that they got free health care.
“We built this place for free and yall still hate us.”
Hey, y’all didnt build that
Besides, you’ve done a DAMN good job of tearing it down. Even the stuff we’ve built.
Do the blacks ever consider that perhaps if they actually changed their lifestyle of robbing, stealing, rioting, looting and the like, and actually TRIED to clean up their culture that the police would NOT HAVE REASON to stop them and harass them? Part of “Protect and Serve” INCLUDES protecting ALL those who do not “live” such lifestyle. I have NO DOUBT there are good, law abiding blacks out there who have been “stopped”, all because their “bros” have given police a reason.
My goodness, that guy personifies the term “butt ugly.”
If the left isn’t orchestrating civil unrest with blacks prior to a terrorist attack the left is orchestrating civil unrest with Hispanics prior to a terrorist attack.
If it isn’t blacks or Hispanics the left is ginning up the civil unrest with prior to the terrorist attack, the left is orchestrating stories and making claims the ultra violent, racist, right wing extremist are out to overthrow the govt of the US.
The left is orchestrating civil unrest as part of the preparations for the terrorist attacks.
One time it might be blacks they gin up civil unrest with and claim it’s a “ black revolution”, next time it might be Hispanics and a “Hispanic revolution”, then it might be ultraviolent “white racist” that are conducting a “white revolution”.
This guy is not deterred one bit by the truth.
What about the Irish, the Chinese, and others who were much more expendable, since no one had paid money for them, and therefore were treated far worse? Besides, if he'd rather his ancestors had been left in Africa, so he'd have been born there, well, go there. Nothing stopping him.
First, there is no evidence that the black guy was surrendering with his hands up. That statement first came for his partner in crime, one Darian Johnson, who has since been discredited and charged with theft and lying to police. The protestors whole case is base on that lie.
This Ferguson mess is no different from the Trayvon Martin/Zimmerman case here in Florida. Liberals always jump to conclusions before the facts are established. And more times than not, it is the wrong conclusion. The race baiters and race hustlers overshot their mark and pressured the I-want-my-15-minutes-of-fame district attorney in Florida to charge Zimmerman too early and with charges that couldnt be proven with the evidence at the time, 2nd degree murder. Then when the actual trial came around and the jury found Zimmerman not guilty, liberal heads on TV exploded and the blacks made some noise for a while. but one hasnt heard much of that case since.
The same will happen here, except I dont think this experienced Ferguson DA will over charge if the cop is indicted and I think he will wait until the evidence is sufficient enough to charge him. Some of the anger and wind will be out of the protestors sails by October when the indictment is predicted to come, if at all. I personally think the jury pool has been poisoned by none other than the democRAT governor Nixon, stating that the cop needs to be “prosecuted vigorously”, before the investigation is even done, or he has been charged or arrested. I think it will be an uphill battle to prove this cop “murdered” this thug. Unless the prosecutor has evidence that the policeman intended to murder the black kid, a jury will exonerate him. Especially if evidence the kid beat on the cop and tried to take his gun from him turns out to be true. I also read the cop believes the kid was high on something (besides pot). That could explain his aggressive behavior towards the cop. This one will take some time to sort through but that won’t satisfy the “we want justice NOW” crowd. Just hang the policeman now, facts be damned!
“So slavery of blacks was from 1641 to 1865. Less than 225 years. And slavery ended 150 years ago.”
The US didnt even exist until 1776 at the earliest so slavery in the USA lasted less than 90 years. Less than 80 if you go from the time the constitution was ratified.
“Since Michael Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was shot six times while raising his hands in a surrender position”
He doesn’t appear to care about the facts, just the opportunity.
