Friend of mine came up with the idea of spreading the rumor that Brown’s ghost was seen in the area. I added that he was seen smoking a cigar. Would clear out the area in no time
My idea would be to have large contingents ( not all ) of law enforcement officers dressed in full hazmat suits. Have medical tents and people dressed as doctors at every entry point. Have sniffers and other whiz bang gear shown prominently. When people ask what they’re looking for say “nothing. And we’re not allowed to mention ebola so don’t even ask us.” Would help to make a show of taking a healthy person or two away in an ambulance. Constantly assure people that there’s no danger.
Isn’t there an old quote to the effect that you should never believe something until the government’s denied it?
