I've heard comments from MSNBC types "complaining" that the GOP or Tea Party are too White and too old. Oh, the Democrats are also conducting a war on White Christians, the Black Church gets a pass. The Democrats are conducting a War on the Bill of Rights with attacks on the freedoms of the press, speech, assembly and religion. They're attacking the 2nd amendment, due process and protections against illegal searches, not to mention seizures of private property.
Just the quotes would make a book.
“My friend’s nephew, Mat Jackson (white), was killed on his way home from work by an off duty Black cop. He was shot in his car, in the driver’s seat, completely unarmed, and left to rot there for hours before anyone in his family was notified. This was in San Antonio Texas about six months ago. Speculation that it was some sort of road rage; we’ll never know, as only one to tell the tale is left alive, but Mat was sitting in the driver’s seat, shot as he sat. Crickets.”
The cop has been indicted for murder.
“How dare you ignore me! BAMM!”
So, are deaf people also subject to summary execution for not hearing an officer’s command?
And, of course, the reporting of the officer as “non-white” instead of “black” is in and of itself a mockery of political correct thought processes.

The problem is that once the narrative is fixed in the minds of the public, any legal ruling to the contrary will be doubted and even opposed. Usually just for partisan political and ideological purposes.
Thats why once the other side picks a fight in the court of public opinion, we must engage. I’d love to sit back and say “let’s not rush to judgement, let the investigation and legal process run it’s course”, but that amounts to unilateral disarmament in the face of enemy action.
Yes, you can see it on the web, but so far nothing substantial has been done. They keep saying they will do something but nothing so far. No “justice” so to speak. This kid was also a bad seed. But it seems like he didn’t even need to rush the cop in order to get shot.
This is actually far more eggregious if the white guy was unarmed and just pulling up his pants.
OTOH
Mike Brown did pose a seriuous threat to Darren Wilson, through hitting him so hard he broke his eye socket, through trying to take his gun, through being bigger than most NFL lineman and coming at him for another attack.

After the Americans With Disabilities Act(ADA) was passed, cops are required to be reasonably sure they accomodate the needs of the disabled. Prominent among disabilities is being unable to hear a command - shooting when there is no response to a verbal command may well result in a felony level ADA violation.
If the failure to respond is not willful, an ADA violation may occur.
