Isn’t it a crime to impersonate a doctor? Why isn’t this guy in the clinker?

It better not be a crime to impersonate a doctor, otherwise a lot lounge lizards are in deep trouble. It is a crime to practice medicine without a license or lie about one's credentials when testifying in court.
