What I read said that Baden ‘singed off on’ the autopsy done by....Shawn Purcells.
Here is a link to an article which shows Purcells was involved. If I can find the reference which claims Baden didn’t actually do it, just signed off on it, I will PING ya.
BTW, they are still keeping the Police Report of the shooting under wraps.
