This needs to go out to all TX FReepers. This ^^ is what makes the Travis Cty DA office the most powerful in the state, correct? Doesn’t it have to do with voting? (IIRC)
That office (TCDA) should NOT wield such power.
Has our state legislature tried to pass this legislation before?
With the spotlight on Perry, this would be an ideal time for him to endorse Ted Cruz for 2016.
