Yes you are right on that point. After the initial contact, did the officer pursue on foot? During said pursuit, did suspect turn and advance on officer? If suspect turned and rushed officer, did officer draw and fire while retreating to put distance between suspect and him( I would be)?
Now just looking at casings on ground you tell me how you now which way suspect was moving and officer was moving in a linear fight buy just shell casings. How do you reconcile the casings on to position without corroborated evidence other than casings alone.
Haha ... I can see you’re really broken up about it!
To be honest, I have no idea who the guy is and don’t recall running into him on the threads I frequent. I used the FR search function to answer the question about whether or not he’d been banned, and why. Looks like good shootin’ by Jimrob.
There was a cone at Unarmed’s red ball cap. It’s possible they used the cones for any evidence, not just casings. Dunno.
As for the casings, my Glock throws the casing about six feet to my right and about two feet back. It hits the pavement spinning, and bounces in random direction once it hits ground. It could be ten feet from the point the shot was fired by the time it stops moving. Or it could be two.
I may pull the C key off of my keyboard in mourning. ;^)
His perception of some LEO incidents came off as “I am the authority.” I quit posting to him.
I don’t know whether he was a troll. He was grumpy. I tend to like the grumpy guys here. They’re often pure gold underneath.
The USA is about 110th from the top in terms of murder rate, even with our big cities thrown in. USA is below the world average for murder rate.

You’ll find corroborating data on Wikipedia.
I’ve seen the comments on different news stories. In the comments sections.
Just a wild guess, but the officer involved statement as well as the witnesses will easily establish that, as they've already established the struggle initiated at the vehicle and moved away from the vehicle until the final head shot.
My point to you was clearly the casing locations will depict where the officer was when he fired.
wow...
I must need to get my ejectors tuned! LOL
Civilized people have always been the vast silent majority, it’s the idiots who are rioting that will refuse to stop now because of the facts.
Never let a situation like this go to waste is how those behind the scenes think, and they will continue to make this a black/white issue whether or not it’s BS.
shell casings, especially from a pistol can fly off in all different directions. I’ve had them fly straight out to the side, up at a 45 degree angle, and in big arcs. It can give a general idea, but its not like skid marks or trajectories which you can measure
LOL. The .45 is a little tamer than the 9. On the dirt, the .45 puts them in a nice little 4 foot circle. On the pavement, all bets are off.
No one suggested that.
Would they mark keys and hat and not the casings?
??...Of course not.
As for the casings, my Glock throws the casing about six feet to my right and about two feet back.
Absolutely, it's why I said, they'll test the ejection pattern...
Begs the question:
Would 3 casing, ALL within a couple of feet from each other, like the markers at the shooting scene next to the body, not depict the close proximately of where they were fired from?
??
Your assuming alot. It will give you a general idea. Your assuming the officer did not walk back through the evidence or the bounce of casings as they hit pavement.
Once again, how do you know all that?
I have asked you this repeatedly...
Is this all a joke? Would 3 casings within a couple of feet from each other not depict the close proximity of where they were fired from? ?? lol....
“I have nothing against cops...I know two local cops who are great guys, and an LAPD cop whos really hard-core, in the gang task force and such, who is also a great guy.”
And some of my best friends are Jewish/Black/Mexican/etc. . .
Grab hold of your wheel...You’re all over the road....
