For all of the times the left falsely claims that conservatives are causing polar bears to drown, the fact that migratory birds and being shredded by wind farms, and now fried by these solar farms, needs to be advertised far and wide.

Study up a bit about mercury poisoning, and the warnings on consuming fish. Mercury poisoning is a very REAL health problem. U.S. coal plants release about 75 tons of mercury per year. It is estimated that this causes neurological problems in 60,000 U.S. children born every year. The Ivanpah plant is expected to produce about 1TWh of electricity per year which if it were coal would use over 500,000 tons of coal.

Nearly a hundred years ago, in spite of the significant amount of evidence of its dangers, idiots approved lead in gasoline with the same kind of statements. Of course it was finally banned and recognized as dangerous after millions suffered from its effects and the people responsible were dead and could not be held accountable.
