Done.

Ping.
Freedom of speech is losing to the pro-censorship leftist fringe. It’s sad. I miss the Constitution and the rule of law.
FReepded!! 43.9%
45.6% now
They pick tgese locations because they know it will cause an issue, thus drawing a police response...which is,the co,frontation they are looking for...
NO, I do NOT believe that’s true!
‘You can’t hang that sign there, it is distracting to drivers.’
I turned and pointed to the electronic billboard, presently showing a ad for some campaign or another, a billboard so bright that it can almost blind a driver at night.
The officer turned and looked, then turned back to me, and stated the rule again, and I turned and simply walked away. ‘I’ll ticket you for littering!’ he declared, I turned back and said, ‘Do you need my ID to do that, officer? Here, let me get it for you. You can explain to the judge how I was littering by posting a political sign, distracting drivers with a piece of cardboard compared to a 80’ x 160’ electronic billboard. If you’d like to place bets on how fast the judge laughs, I’ll take the under five minutes.’
‘You’re loitering on a public bridge,’ he started, and I replied, ‘I was on the bridge long enough to post my sign and continue on until I stopped for your encounter. If you’re done, I would like to stop standing on the bridge and get off of it now.’
I’ve faced this intimidation and harassment multiple times now from officers, and every time encouraged them to cite me however many ways they want to, and each declined. I’m sure other people have other experiences, but sometimes, you just have to be willing to call them on their bluff, and be willing to stand up to the consequences.
How come they only care about conservative protest methods?
I do...because i had to respond to exactly this situation in my city. I was as polite and professional as possible. They in turn were complete disrespectful jackasses...hadnt had a chance to exit my patrol vehicle before the cameras came out and the nasty comments were flying... My experience. I will note that even though there was a lot of filming goin on...nothing was put up on their site...because the confrontation that they wanted did not occur

Imagine the signs the left will put up if this is okay’d. No thanks.
So no.
I have recently talked about this issue with many potential supporters and the 100% opinion of “non-activists” is that this tactic is counterproductive.
I think it is pretty stupid and yes, entirely counterproductive, to actively endanger hundreds of people driving at 60-75 mph who suddenly encounter a group of unknown potential threats gathered on any busy highway or interstate overpass!
